White Pearl Quartz is mined in the Diamond Lakes Region near Hot Springs, Arkansas. This beautiful stone is from milky, glasslike volcanic lava. It was formed over a period of 400 million years by the intense action of heat and pressure many miles below the surface of the earth. It is a rare stone only available in limited quantities.
The White Pearl Urn base is made of sheet bronze, lacquer coated and satin finished which measures 9" x 8", with a walnut base. The White Pearl top is 1 1/2 to 2" thick by approximately 10". The top is highly polished like glass. The natural roughness is retained in the irregular shape and rugged edge. Once polished, the burled swirl of mineral deposits creates a unique and extraordinary design. A brass plate is included, but is not engraved for both the urn and keepsake.
Keepsake base measures 2" x 2", the White Pearl top is 1/2" x 4" and is 8 cubic inches.
